Funding Focus Areas

Our Strategic Priorities

Family Stability

Programs that work collaboratively with community networks to reduce risks to family function and help family members transition to stable, fulfilling lives by focusing on the entire family unit and using interventions tailored to individual needs.

Mental Health

Programs that promote mental and emotional well-being and expand access to quality mental health services, particularly for children, youth, and families facing economic or social barriers. Priority is given to initiatives that provide prevention, early intervention, counseling, crisis support, and trauma-informed care. Competitive proposals demonstrate culturally responsive practices, collaboration with community partners, and measurable outcomes such as improved well-being, increased access to care, or reduced crises and barriers to treatment.

Workforce Development

Programs that prepare individuals- particularly those facing economic or social barriers- for meaningful employment and long-term economic stability. Priority is given to initiatives that remove barriers to employment and provide job training, credentialing, career readiness, apprenticeships, and supportive services to connect participants to in-demand occupations. Competitive proposals demonstrate measurable outcomes such as job placement, retention, wage, growth, or industry-recognized certifications.
