Orb Olympics

Register Today for Our Summer Fundraiser

From 6pm to 9pm on June 12th, the Alabama Civil Justice Foundation will host a series of friendly competitions between law firms, colleagues, and families at the annual Alabama Association for Justice (ALAJ) summer conference.

Historically, ACJF’s involvement at the ALAJ summer conference has primarily catered to serving the families attending the event. However, ACJF is excited to expand the scope of this year’s event as it simultaneously expands its own mission through the ACJF 2.0 initiative.

Thus, ACJF is excited to host a variety of events suited for all attendees of the conference. From attorneys with small children to attorneys with teenagers to law firm colleagues to (friendly) law firm rivalries, ACJF’s Orb Olympics will be the talk of the courtroom for years to come.

So, do you, your family, or firm have what it takes to compete in our four-member, four-team, bracket-style Bar Room Brawl, referee’d sumo matches, or children’s dodgeball? Or do you know an attorney who deserves to be subpoenaed to the ring and be found in contempt of court?

Well, ACJF invites you to step up to the stand and nominate a fellow attorney to do so in a video using the hashtag “#You’veBeenServed”. Make sure to tag ACJF (@alciviljustice) so we can build momentum leading up to the big event. After you’ve posted your nomination, don’t forget to sign-up for the event using the link below.

Unable to participate, hoping to avoid a subpoena, or simply looking to stir up a little friendly rivalry among your colleagues? Consider making an individual or firm-led monetary donation and subpoena another attorney or firm. Donations over $1000 qualify as tournament sponsorships with dedicated social media spotlights, event recognition, and exclusive logo branding on promotions leading up to the conference.
