About Our Grants
ACJF SPRING 2025 GRANTS
Given recent changes in the way our state is allocating its IOLTA (Interest Earned on Lawyers’ Trust Accounts) funds and the turbulence of the economy, ACJF is opting to offer our Spring 2025 grant cycle by invitation to 20 organizations across Alabama. These organizations were selected for their work in one/more of the following areas: Abuse & Neglect, Afterschool & Summer Learning, Early Childhood, Family Stability, Mental Health, and Mentoring.
We hope to host a second grant cycle later this year, and we will make the details available on our website/social media pages as soon as information is available.
Alabama Civil Justice Foundation is committed to investing its resources toward finding solutions to pressing state problems that impact Alabama’s disadvantaged children, families and seniors.
We welcome all nonprofits working to make a positive impact in our community by providing vital programs and services. We value your partnership and your work as we strive to improve the quality of life for all Alabamians at the local, regional, and statewide levels. We believe it is important to work alongside prospective grantees to accomplish goals of mutual interest. We are very interested in reviewing programs and services that assist children, families and seniors by providing access to justice and social services to those in need and by supporting other social justice-related initiatives.
Since 1993, ACJF has awarded more than $15 million to nonprofit organizations across Alabama in a wide range of program areas. We remain committed to seeking the most innovative and effective opportunities possible to assist those in need.
